Return & Refund Policy

At The Wedding House, we ensure the highest quality standards. However, please note:

1. No Refund Policy:
   • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
2. Return Policy:
   • Returns are only accepted in the event of:
     • Size mismatch.
     • Color mismatch, within reasonable expectations.
   • The item must be returned in its original condition with tags intact.
3. Procedure for Returns:
   • Initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery at care@theweddinghousekota.com.
   • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
4. Jurisdiction:
   • All disputes shall be settled in Kota, Rajasthan.
